The BIBLE

We believe the entire Bible verbally inspired of GOD, is completely inerrant in the original writings, and is, when interpreted, dispensationally, of supreme and final authority in faith and life.  (II Tim. 2:15, 3:16-17, II Peter 1:21).

The GODHEAD

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons:  Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, (Duet. 6:4, Matt. 28:19, John 14:16-17, 24, II Cor. 13,14, Eph. 4:6, ii Cor. 1:1-3, Phil. 2:9, I Tim. 2:5).

The PERSON OF CHRIST

We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.  (Luke 1:35, Romans 1:3-4, Phil. 2:6-9).

TOTAL DEPRAVITY

We believe that the nature of all men from birth is sinful, and that as such, all men are unacceptable to and separated from God.  Romans 3:9-12, Eph. 2:1-3).

REDEMPTION

We believe that because of God’s grace, any sinner can be reconciled to God through belief that the shedding of Christ’s blood fully met God’s righteous standard of death for his sin:  thus, reconciliation is wholly apart from anything undertaken by the sinner.  (Romans 3:24-28, 5:1, 9, Eph. 2:8-9).

ETERNAL SECURITY

We believe that anyone who accepts reconciliation to God is eternally secure in that relationship.  (John 10:27-29, Romans 8:1, 29-34, 38, 39; Eph. 1:3, 14; Phil. 1:6; Col. 3:1-4).

The PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that the HOLY SPIRIT is a person; the One convicts man of sin and Who regenerates, baptizes, indwells, enlightens and empowers (John 16:8; I Cor. 12: 13; Eph. 1:13, 17, 18; 3:16,; Titus 3:5).

The CHURCH

We believe that the BODY OF CHRIST, the church of the dispensation, began historically with the Apostle Paul before he wrote his first epistle.  (I Cor. 12:13; Eph. 1:22-23; 3:6; I Cor. 12:13, 27cf; Acts 18; Phil. 1:5, 6cf. Acts 16:1; I Thess. 2:14-16cf. Acts 13:45).

GIFTS

We believe that only the gifts of evangelists, pastors and teachers are given to the church today and that all such sign gifts as tongues, prophecies and healings were temporal, and have ceased.  (I Cor. 12:1-31, 13:8-13; Eph. 4:7-16).

WALK

We believe that anyone who accepts reconciliation to God is to yield himself to holiness.  Though the sinful nature is not done away with during his life, every Christian should experience deliverance from the power of sin because of the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit.  (Romans 6:6-14, 8:37, 12:1-3; II Cor. 2:14, 5:18-21, 10:2-5; Gal. 5:16-25; Col. 3:1-3).

The LORD’S SUPPER

We believe that every Christian may partake of the Lord’s Supper until Christ returns.  (I Cor. 11:23-26).

BAPTISM

We believe that anyone who accepts reconciliation to God is baptized by the Holy Spirit into the BODY OF CHRIST, and is thus identified with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection – water baptism has no place in God’s spiritual program of this dispensation.  (I Cor. 1:17, 12:13; Romans 6:3-4; Eph. 4:5; Col. 2:12).

RESURRECTION

We believe that as Christ was resurrected from the dead, so too all men who experience physical death will experience bodily resurrection – those who have accepted reconciliation to God will be resurrected to everlasting glory, while those who have rejected reconciliation to God will be resurrected to everlasting punishment.  (Luke 24:39-43; John 5:29; Acts 24:15; I Cor. 15:21 and Rev. 20:11-15).

The RAPTURE

We believe in the imminent, pre-tribulational, catching away, by Christ, the church of this dispensation.  (I Cor. 15:51-53; Phil. 3:20-21; I Thess. 4:13-18).

The STATE OF THE DEAD

We believe that the hope of salvation is offered only to the living; no where does Scripture indicate that reconciliation to God will be offered to the unsaved dead.  (Luke 16:23-28; John 3:36; Romans 1:21-32; Phil. 3:19; Col. 3:6; II Thess. 1:9; Rev. 14:11, 20:14-15).

OUTREACH

We believe that our responsibility to the world is to both proclaim the message of reconciliation and endeavor to make all man see what is the Dispensation of the Mystery.  (I Cor. 15:1-4; II Cor. 5:14-21; Eph. 3:8-9).
